Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 cups all purpose flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 1/2 cups mashed banana 2 large eggs 1/2 cup milk 1 tsp. vanilla extract warm chocolate sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly butter the insides of eight, 3/4 cup ramekins. Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl. Whisk together sugar and oil in a large bowl. Whisk in flour mixture until combined. Whisk in milk and vanilla until well blended. Divide batter between the prepared ramekins. Bake about 25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool cakes slightly. Serve with warm chocolate sauce if desired.
Makes 8 cakes.
