Individual Baked Eggs with Cream and Parmesan

Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3 tbsp. sour cream 1 tbsp. heavy or whipping cream 1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 large eggs
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Butter two, 1/3 cup ramekins. Stir together sour cream, cream, Parmesan, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Divide the mixture between the two ramekins. Break one egg into each ramekin. Set ramekins in a small baking pan. Bake eggs 12 to 14 minutes until white is set but yolk is still runny. Serve immediately.
Serves 2.
