Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3 cups all purpose flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil 8 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 3 large eggs 2 cups mashed ripe bananas 1 cup chopped nuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour an angel food cake pan. Sift together flour, baking soda and cinnamon in a large bowl. Stir in salt. Add oil, crushed pineapple, vanilla, eggs, bananas and nuts. Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake 80 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely in pan. Invert pan onto a plate. Remove pan.
Serves 10 to 12.
