Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
Whole garlic 1 Tbs. olive oil for each whole garlic Foil
Directions
Cut off top 1/3 from whole unpeeled head of garlic. Place garlic on foil; drizzle with 1 Tbs. olive oil. Fold corners of foil up to cover garlic; twist to seal. Roast in preheated 400 degree oven until soft, about 1 hour; cool. Remove papery skin from outside of garlic. To serve, squeeze garlic cloves from skins, discarding skins.
