Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper 1/8 tsp. ground cumin 1/8 tsp. crumbled dried thyme 1 cup popcorn kernels 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
Directions
Stir together Parmesan, salt, cayenne, cumin and thyme in a small bowl. Pop popcorn and transfer to a large bowl. Drizzle melted butter over popcorn and toss to coat. Add Parmesan mixture and toss again. Serve popcorn warm or at room temperature.
Makes about 16 cups popcorn.
