Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 ounces chopped good-quality white chocolate 1/3 cup brewed coffee 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups milk or half & half ground nutmeg
Directions
Melt the chocolate slowly over low heat in a small saucepan, stirring frequently. Stir in the coffee and vanilla until smooth. Add the milk and increase heat to medium. Heat mixture to just a simmer. Pour into a blender and process until frothy. Pour the chocolate into 2 cups and dust with nutmeg. Add a splash of Gran Marnier or Tia Maria liqueur if desired.
Serves 2.
