Latest Recipes Top Recipes Our Friends Home -> On the Side -> Beverages Hot Chocolate Marshmallow Milk Recipe Rating: N/A Printer Friendly Recipe submitted by chefdude7263 Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead) 1 1/4 cups sugar 1/8 tsp. salt 4 ounces chopped unsweetened chocolate 1 1/4 cups water 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 8 cups milk 16 large marshmallows Directions Combine sugar, salt, unsweetened chocolate and water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring frequently. Boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in vanilla. Beat the chocolate mixture until smooth. Stir in the milk. Divide the hot chocolate milk between 8 glasses. Float 2 marshmallows in each glass and serve immediately. Serves 8.
