Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
8 ounce package cream cheese, softened 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drainwed and chopped 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil leaves 2 tbsp. minced red onion 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced 1/2 cup chopped tomato
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the cream cheese, artichokes, mayonnaise, Parmesan, basil, red onion and garlic in a large bowl and beat until well blended. Spoon the dip into a 9 inch fluted pie plate and bake 25 minutes. Sprinkle the tomatoes in a ring on top of the dip and serve.
Makes about 3 1/2 cups dip.
