Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/4 cup prepared creamy Italian dressing 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered 5 ounce package sliced pepperoni 2 1/4 ounce can sliced olives, drained 4 hot dog buns, split 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions
Stir together creamy Italian dressing and Parmesan in a large bowl. Add tomatoes, artichokes, pepperoni and olives and toss to coat. Preheat broiler. Place hot dog buns on an ungreased sheet pan. Broil about 6 inches from heat, about 3 to 5 minutes until golden brown. Spoon pepperoni mixture into toasted buns and sprinkle Mozzarella over. Broil 3 to 4 minutes until cheese is melted.
Makes 4 sandwiches.
