Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature 6 ounces crumbled bleu cheese, room temperature 1 tbsp. garlic salt 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce chopped fresh parsley paprika chopped walnuts
Directions
Stir together cream cheese, bleu cheese, garlic salt and worcestershire in a large bowl until well blended. Form into a ball and roll in parsley to coat. Roll in paprika then walnuts. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve. Serve with crackers, crudites, etc.
Serves 10 to 12.
