Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/2 cup rice 2 cups milk 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon crushed ice
Directions
Place the rice in a medium bowl with enough hot water to cover. Let stand overnight. Drain off the water. Combine the rice and milk in a blender. Blend until almost smooth. Stir in sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Strain mixture through a cheesecloth. Serve over crushed ice.
Makes about 2 cups.
