Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
Sauce: 1 cup ketchup 1 cup honey 1/4 cup coarse grain mustard 1/4 cup canned diced green chiles 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce 3 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tbsp. curry powder 1 1/2 tsp. sweet paprika 1 tsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. minced garlic 1 tsp. vegetable oil 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. pepper 6 salmon fillets, about 4 to 6 ounces each
Directions
Stir together ketchup, honey, mustard, green chiles, vinegar, Tabasco, brown sugar, curry powder, paprika, soy sauce, garlic, oil, Worcestershire, lemon juice and pepper in a medium saucepan. Heat to a simmer. Simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, prepare grill. Place 1/3 cup of the sauce in a large bowl. Add salmon fillets and turn to coat. Place coated salmon fillets on an oiled grill rack. Grill salmon about 3 to 4 minutes per side until flaky. Serve salmon immediately with remaining sauce.
Serves 6.
