Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
5 pounds trimmed pork butt or pork steak, chopped 5 tsp. dried marjoram 5 tsp. salt 1 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 cups water
Directions
Process pork in a food processor until coarsely ground. Transfer pork to a large bowl and add marjoram, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Knead well to mix. Add water and stir until well blended. Shape pork mixture into twenty 4 inch diameter patties. Fry patties in a large skillet over medium heat 20 to 25 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
Makes about 20 Polish sausage patties.
