Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
5 cups water 1 1/2 cups chopped fresh mint 1 tbsp. dried sage leaves 1 tsp. dried tarragon leaves 4 tsp. honey 4 tsp. fresh lemon juice 4 lemon wedges 4 fresh mint sprigs
Directions
Heat water to boiling in a medium saucepan. Pour into a warm teapot and add mint, sage and tarragon. Cover and let steep 5 minutes. Strain the tea into 4 cups. Stir 1 tsp. honey and 1 tsp. lemon juice into each cup. Garnish each with a lemon wedge and mint sprig before serving.
Serves 4.
