Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
2 pounds lean ground beef
2 tbsp. Morton's Quick Tender salt
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 cup water

Directions
Place beef in a large bowl. Add salt and mix well with your hands. Add onion salt, garlic salt, mustard seed, pepper, liquid smoke and water. Blend well. Form mixture into 6 inch long, 2 1/2 inch diameter logs. Wrap each log tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 12 to 24 hours.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place a rack on a large cookie sheet. Unwrap beef logs and place on rack. Bake 2 hours.

Makes about 1 1/2 pounds.
