Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
six 5 to 6 inch corn tortillas 3 tbsp. canola oil 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. ground cumin 1 tsp. chili powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brush tortillas all over with canola oil. Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges. Spread tortilla wedges in a single layer on a sheet pan. Sprinkle with salt, cumin and chili powder. Bake chips about 12 minutes until crisp. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Makes 3 dozen chips.
