Home Made Apple Cream Cheese Breakfast Pizzas

Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
12 ounces cream cheese, softened 8 tbsp. sugar, divided 2 tbsp. milk 12 ounce can sliced apples, drained and chopped 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/4 cup brown sugar 43 tbsp. all purpose flour 2 tbsp. butter, softened 4 tbsp. shredded Cheddar cheese 6 prepared pizza dough balls, about 4 to 6 ounces each
Directions
Combine cream cheese, 2 tbsp. sugar and milk in a medium bowl. Beat until smooth. Stir together apples, cinnamon and remaining sugar in a medium bowl. Mix together brown sugar, flour, butter and Cheddar in a small bowl until crumbly.
Preheat oven to 525 degrees. Roll out each pizza dough ball to a 7 inch diameter circle on a floured surface. Spread each dough round with 1/4 cup of the cream cheese mixture. Spoon 1/4 cup of the apples over the cream cheese. Sprinkle the crumbled Cheddar mixture evenly over the pizzas. Transfer pizzas to sheet pans and bake 8 to 10 minutes until browned and bubbly. Serve pizzas immediately.
Makes 6 pizzas.
