8 roasted ham steaks, about 10 to 12 ounces each
3 cups apple cider
1 1/2 cups chopped dried apples
3/4 cup brown sugar
6 tbsp. cider vinegar
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Overlap ham steaks in a glass baking dish. Combine apples and cider in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Boil until reduced by half. Whisk together sugar, vinegar and Dijon in a small bowl. Whisk into apple mixture. Reduce heat and simmer 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon sauce over ham steaks. Bake about 25 minutes until ham is heated through and sauce is bubbly. Serve hot.

Serves 8.
