Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
4 pound turkey roast 1 cup white wine 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/8 tsp. rubbed or leaf sage 1/8 tsp. dried thyme 1/4 cup water 2 tbsp. all purpose flour
Directions
Stir together wine, salt, pepper, sage and thyme in a small bowl. Pour over turkey roast. Roast turkey according to package directions, basting occasionally. Transfer roast to a platter and tent with foil. Skim fat from broth in roasting pan. Measure broth and return 1 cup to roasting pan. Stir together water and flour until smooth. Stir into broth in pan and heat to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil, stirring, 1 minute. Serve gravy with turkey.
Serves 8.
