Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 1/2 cups cooked, chopped chicken breast 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables 1 can condensed, fat free mushroom soup 1 cup reduced fat baking mix 1/2 cup skim milk 1 large egg
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix together chicken, vegetables, and soup in a small baking pan. Stir together baking mix, milk and egg. Spoon evenly over chicken mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until crust is golden.
Serves 4.
