Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
6 medium baking potatoes, peeled
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream
2 tbsp. shredded swiss cheese

Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cut potato almost through into 1/8 inch thick slices. Place potatoes in a shallow baking pan and brush with melted butter. Bake potatoes until tender, basting occasionally with cream and pan juices, about 90 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese, spoon hot pan juices over and serve immediately.

Serves 6.
