2 tbsp. cornmeal 10 ounce tube refrigerated pizza dough 4 thin slices ham 2 cups grated extra sharp Cheddar cheese, divided 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 4 large eggs
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Butter the bottom of a large sheet pan. Sprinkle the pan with the cornmeal. Roll the pizza dough out on a lightly floured surface to a 12 inch square. Cut the dough into 4 smaller squares. Transfer the dough squares to the prepared pan. Bake about 20 minutes until crusty and golden brown. Place 1 ham slice on each dough square. Sprinkle ham with 1 1/2 cups Cheddar. Bake about 5 minutes until cheese is melted. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Crack eggs into the skillet and cook on one side until whites are firm but yolk is still soft. Top each baked pizza square with one egg. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup Cheddar over eggs and serve.
Serves 4.
