Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
7 cups popped popcorn 3 cups miniature marshmallows 2 tbsp. butter 1/4 tsp. salt orange food coloring 8 lollipops of your favorite brand, unwrapped candy corn or black icing
Directions
Butter the inside of a large bowl. Place popcorn in the bowl. Combine mini marshmallows, butter and salt in the top of a double boiler over simmering water. Stir frequently until marshmallows are melted and smooth. Stir in the food coloring, a few drops at a time, until the desired shade of orange is reached. Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and toss gently to coat. Butter your hands and quickly shape the popcorn mixture around the lollipops to form balls. Press the candy corn into the warm popcorn balls to form pumpkin faces or let popcorn balls cool on a wax paper lined pan and decorate with black icing.
Makes 8 popcorn balls.
