Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 cup butter 1 1/4 cups brown sugar 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar 3 1/4 cups creamy peanut butter 6 large eggs 2 tsp. vanilla extract 4 tsp. baking soda 3 1/2 cups rolled oats 16 ounce package semisweet chocolate chips 16 ounce package candy corn
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together butter and both sugars in a large bowl. Mix in peanut butter until well blended. Beat in eggs, vanilla and baking soda. Stir in oats and chocolate chips until combined. Drop mounded tablespoonfuls of the batter onto ungreased baking sheets. Arrange candy corns on top of the cookies to form eyes, nose and teeth as for a jack o' lantern. Bake about 15 minutes until cookies are set. Cool on pans 3 to 5 minutes. Transfer cookies to racks and cool completely. Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature.
Makes about 30 cookies.
