Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup olive oil 1/4 cup sweet vermouth 3 tbsp. lemon juice 1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced 2 tbsp. ground dry mustard 2 tsp. pepper 1 to 1 1/2 pounds flank steak
Directions
Whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, vermouth, lemon juice, Worcestershire, garlic, mustard and pepper in a large, shallow baking dish. Place steak in the dish and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 12 hours, turning steak occasionally.
Remove marinated steak from the refrigerator and let stand 1 hour. Prepare grill. Place steak on an oiled grill rack. Grill steak about 5 minutes per side for medium rare. Transfer steak to a cutting board and let stand 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Serves 4.
