Stir together teriyaki sauce, ketchup, mustard, green onion and pepper in a shallow baking dish. Slash hot dogs diagonally in 4 to 5 places with a sharp knife. Add hot dogs to marinade and let stand 1 hour, turning occasionally. Remove hot dogs from marinade and grill until heated through, basting frequently with marinade. Serves 6.
