Grilled Sweet and Spicy Brown Sugar and Lemon Shrimp

Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/4 cup brown sugar 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 2 tsp. finely grated lemon peel 2 tsp. cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp. salt 2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Directions
Whisk together brown sugar, lemon juice, oil, peel, cayenne and salt in a medium bowl. Add shrimp, turning to coat. Cover and let stand 30 to 60 minutes.
Prepare grill. Thread shrimp onto skewers. Grill shrimp about 2 minutes per side until just cooked through. Serve immediately.
Serves 6 to 8.
