Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, about 6 to 8 ounces each 4 tbsp. dried crushed red pepper flakes 6 cloves fresh garlic, peeled and sliced 2 green onions, finely chopped 2 tsp. crumbled dried rosemary 1/2 tsp. crumbled dried thyme 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. olive oil pinch salt
Directions
Sprinkle crushed red pepper flakes over chicken and rub in with your fingers. Place chicken breasts in a large, shallow baking dish and sprinkle with sliced garlic, green onion, rosemary and thyme. Stir together lemon juice, olive oil and salt in a small bowl. Pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Prepare grill. Remove chicken breasts from marinade and place on an oiled grill rack. Grill chicken about 15 to 20 minutes until cooked through and juices run clear, turning occasionally. Serve immediately.
Serves 6.
