Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 1/2 to 3 pounds lean ground beef 1/4 cup sour cream 1 tsp. crumbled dried thyme 1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley leaves 1/4 tsp. crumbled dried rosemary 3/4 tsp. pepper 8 hamburger buns, split and toasted
Directions
Combine ground beef, sour cream, thyme, parsley, rosemary and pepper in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Shape mixture into eight 1 inch thick patties. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Prepare grill. Cover and grill burgers about 4 minutes per side for medium rare. Place burgers on buns and serve.
Makes 8 burgers.
