Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 large cloves garlic, peeled and crushed 2 tsp. water 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard 1 tsp. crumbled dried basil 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. dried thyme 2 top sirloin steaks
Directions
Combine garlic and water in a small microwaveable bowl. Microwave 30 seconds on HIGH. Remove from microwave and stir in Dijon mustard, basil, pepper and thyme. Spread mixture over both sides of steaks.
Prepare barbecue grill. Place mustard coated steaks on an oiled grill rack. Grill steaks over medium coals, about 6 to 9 minutes per side to desired doneness.
Serves 2.
