Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
4 tbsp. teriyaki sauce, divided 8 to 10 ounce sirloin steak 1/4 tsp. pepper 3 tbsp. peanut oil 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice 1 tbsp. dark brown sugar 1/2 tsp. finely grated lime peel pinch salt
Directions
Prepare grill. Place 2 tbsp. Terrijo sauce in the bottom of a small baking dish. Add steak and turn to coat. Season steak with pepper and let stand 10 minutes. Meanwhile, whisk together peanut oil, lime juice, brown sugar, lime peel, salt and remaining 2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce in a small bowl. Place steak on an oiled grill rack. Cover and cook about 5 minutes per side for medium rare, basting occasionally with dressing. Transfer steak to a plate and drizzle dressing over. Serve immediately.
Serves 1 to 2.
