Grilled Salmon Steaks with Sweet and Spicy Glaze

Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3 tbsp. dark brown sugar 4 tsp. Chinese style hot mustard 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. rice wine vinegar 2 salmon steaks, about 6 to 8 ounces each
Directions
Prepare grill. Whisk together brown sugar, hot mustard, soy sauce and vinegar in a small bowl. Brush half of the mustard mixture over the salmon. Place salmon, glazed side down onto a grill rack. Grill about 4 minutes until the glazed side of salmon is slightly charred. Brush remaining glaze over the top of the salmon. Turn salmon over and grill about 5 minutes until cooked through and slightly charred. Serve salmon immediately.
Serves 2.
