Grilled Red Wine Marinated Flank Steak Skewers

Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
Marinade: 3/4 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup dry red wine 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. dry mustard 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley leaves 1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 pound flank steak, sliced against the grain into 1 inch strips
Directions
For Marinade: Whisk together oil, wine, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire, dry mustard, parsley and pepper in a small bowl. Place flank steak strips into a medium baking dish. Pour marinade over steak. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
Prepare grill. Remove steak strips from marinade and thread onto skewers. Grill steak about 3 minutes per side for medium rare. Serve immediately.
Serves 2 to 4.
