Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
eight 8 inch flour tortillas 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 16 ounce jar chunky salsa 1 cup diced cooked chicken 1/2 cup chopped green onions vegetable oil 1 cup sour cream
Directions
Place 4 tortillas flat on a cutting board. Top each tortilla with 1/2 cup cheddar, 1/4 cup salsa, 1/4 cup chicken and 2 tbsp. green onions. Top with remaining tortillas. Brush 1 side of quesadillas with oil. Place oil-side down on a grill over medium coals. Grill 3 minutes. Brush top of quesadillas with oil and flip over. Grill about 2 minutes until lightly browned. Remove quesadillas from grill and let stand 2 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve with remaining salsa and sour cream.
Serves 4.
