Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3/4 cup cherry preserves 3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar 3/4 tsp. ground allspice 1 tbsp. vegetable oil 2/3 cup chopped onion 2 cups fresh pitted cherries 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp. salt 1 1/4 pound pork tenderloin
Directions
Stir together preserves, vinegar and allspice. Reserve. Cook onion with oil 1 minute. Add cherries, cayenne and 1/2 cup preserve mixture. Boil until thick, stirring often. Stir in salt. Brush pork with 1/4 cup preserve mixture and grill to 145 degrees, brushing often with preserves. Slice and serve warm chutney over.
Serves 3 to 4.
