Grilled Pork Chops with Horseradish Cream Sauce

Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
Pork Chops: 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil 1/2 tsp. dried thyme 2 boneless pork loin chops, about 6 ounces each 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper
Sauce: 1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream 2 tbsp. prepared white horseradish 1/2 tsp. dried thyme 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
For Pork Chops: Prepare grill. Stir together olive oil and thyme in a small bowl. Season both sides of chops with salt and pepper then brush with some of the oil mixture. Place chops on a grill rack. Cover and grill 10 minutes. Brush chops with remaining oil mixture. Turn chops over, cover and grill an additional 10 minutes until cooked through.
For Sauce: Place cream in a small saucepan over medium heat. Simmer about 5 minutes until reduced to 1/3 cup. Stir in horseradish, thyme and pepper. Simmer 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Place chops on plates, spoon horseradish cream over and serve.
Serves 2.
