Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 6 large cloves garlic, peeled and crushed 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard 1 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary 2 tsp. finely grated lemon peel 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 to 2 1/4 pounds top sirloin steak
Directions
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, Dijon, rosemary, lemon peel, salt and pepper in a blender and puree. Place steak in a large shallow baking dish and pour marinade over. Turn steak to coat. Cover and let stand 2 hours at room temperature, turning occasionally.
Prepare grill. Grill steak about 7 minutes per side for medium rare. Transfer steak to a cutting board and let stand 15 minutes. Slice steak thinly and serve.
Serves 4 to 6.
