Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3/4 cup balsamic vinegar 6 tbsp. olive oil 3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 3 tsp. dried rosemary 6 cloves garlic, peeled and minced 1 tsp. pepper twelve 1 inch thick loin lamb chops
Directions
Whisk together vinegar, oil, lemon juice, rosemary, garlic and pepper in a small bowl. Place lamb chops in a single layer in a 13x9 inch baking dish. Pour balsamic mixture over chops and turn to coat. Cover lamb and refrigerate 4 hours, turning occasionally.
Prepare barbecue grill. When coals are ready, remove lamb chops from marinade. Place chops on grill and cook about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare, basting frequently with marinade.
Serves 4.
