Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 3/4 to 2 pounds ground beef or chuck 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. pepper 1/2 cup drained horseradish 4 large hamburger or Kaiser buns, split and toasted 2/3 cup ketchup 2 tbsp. Creole style mustard 2 tbsp. sour cream
Directions
Prepare grill. Combine the ground beef, onion, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until well combined. Shape the beef mixture into 4 large patties. Coat beef patties with the horseradish, pressing it into the meat. Place burgers on an oiled grill rack. Cover and grill burgers about 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium rare. Place burgers on toasted buns. Stir together ketchup, Creole mustard and sour cream in a small bowl. Spread over burgers and serve.
Serves 4.
