Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup Dijon mustard 2 tbsp. lemon juice 24 large raw shrimp, peeled, tails left on 4 medium red bell peppers, cored, seeded and cut into squares 4 medium yellow bell peppers, cored, seeded and cut into squares 1 red onion, peeled and cut into large wedges 12 large fresh mushrooms 12 cherry tomatoes
Directions
Prepare grill. Stir together honey, Dijon and lemon juice in a small bowl. Thread shrimp, bell peppers, red onion, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes onto 12 skewers. Brush some of Dijon mixture all over shrimp and vegetables. Grill kebabs about 3 minutes per side, basting occasionally with remaining honey Dijon mixture, until shrimp are just cooked through. Serve kebabs immediately.
