Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/4 cup honey 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard 1 tbsp. orange juice 1/2 tsp. white wine worcestershire sauce 1/8 tsp. onion powder 4 boneless pork loin chops, about 6 to 8 ounces each
Directions
Preheat grill. Combine honey, Dijon mustard, orange juice, white wine worcestershire sauce and onion powder in a small saucepan and heat to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer glaze 2 minutes until slightly thickened. Cover and grill pork chops over medium heat about 35 minutes, turning once and brushing frequently with glaze.
Serves 4.
