Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup Dijon mustard 3/4 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. pepper 1 1/4 pounds lean ground beef 4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
Directions
Prepare grill. Whisk together honey and Dijon in a small bowl. Combine ground beef, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Add half of the honey mustard mixture and knead well to blend. Shape beef into 4 patties. Brush both sides of each patty with remaining honey mustard. Grill burgers 5 to 6 minutes until browned. Turn burgers over and brush with any remaining glaze. Continue grilling to desired doneness. Place grilled burgers on buns and serve.
Makes 4 burgers.
