2 sirloin steaks, 1 to 2 pounds each 3/4 cup ketchup 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup dark brown sugar 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Directions
Pace steaks in a large, shallow baking dish. Whisk together ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar, tarragon vinegar and garlic powder in a small bowl. Pour ketchup mixture over steaks. Turn steaks to coat. Cover steaks and let stand 30 minutes at room temperature. Meanwhile, prepare grill. Remove steaks from the marinade. Reserve marinade. Grill steaks 4 to 5 inches from heat, about 8 minutes per side for medium, basting occasionally with reserved marinade. Slice steak against the grain and serve.
