Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard 1 tbsp. lime juice 10 to 12 ounce skirt steak
Directions
Prepare grill. Stir together garlic, Dijon and lime juice in a small bowl. Rub the Dijon mixture all over both sides of steak. Let the steak stand 15 minutes. Place the skirt steak on an oiled grill rack and grill about 3 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Transfer the steak to a cutting board and let stand 5 minutes. Thinly slice the skirt steak and serve.
Serves 2.
