Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
16 ounces ground beef 1 tsp. kosher salt 1 tsp. pepper 2 large eggs 2 tsp. butter 2 hamburger buns, split and toasted sliced tomatoes sliced red onion
Directions
Prepare grill. Combine ground beef, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Blend beef mixture well and form into 2 patties. Place patties on an oiled grill rack and grill to desired doneness. Meanwhile, melt butter in a medium skillet over low heat. Break eggs into the skillet and cook sunny side up until done. Place cooked eggs on top of the grilled burgers and place burgers on the bottom halves of the buns. Place tomato and red onion slices over the eggs and top with remaining bun halves. Serve burgers immediately.
Makes 2 burgers.
