1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp. olive oil 1 tbsp. chopped fresh basil 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced 1/2 tsp. sugar 1 1/2 to 2 pounds flank steak
Directions
Whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, basil, Dijon, garlic and sugar in a small bowl. Place the steak in a large resealable plastic bag. Add marinade and seal bag tightly. Turn bag to coat steak with marinade. Refrigerate steak at least 6 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
