Grilled Flank Steak, Onion and Pepper Sandwiches

Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 1/2 cups red wine 1 1/2 cups chopped onion 1 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup olive oil 4 tsp. minced garlic 2 tsp. dry mustard 2 tsp. ground ginger 2 1/2 pounds flank steak 3 red or green bell peppers, cut into strips 1 large red onion, sliced thinly into rings grilled french bread or sandwich rolls
Directions
Stir together wine, chopped onion, soy sauce, oil, garlic, mustard and ginger in a large glass baking dish. Stir in steak, bell pepper and red onion. Cover and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Preheat grill. Drain marinade from meat and vegetables. Grill meat to desired doneness and thinly slice. Grill vegetables until tender and browned. Arrange steak and vegetables over rolls.
Serves 4 to 6.
