Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 pound lean ground beef 4 ounce can diced green chilies, drained 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper 4 slices Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos 4 hamburger buns, split and toasted 4 slices tomato 4 slices red onion 1/4 cup buttermilk ranch salad dressing
Directions
Prepare grill. Combine ground beef, diced green chilies and cayenne pepper in a medium bowl. Mix well. Form the beef mixture into eight 1/4 inch thick patties. Grill beef patties, covered, over medium heat about 4 to 5 minutes per side. Top 4 of the beef patties with a cheese slice and cook until melted. Place one burger with cheese on each bun. Top each with a tomato slice. Place a plain burger on top of tomato and place a red onion slice on top. Spoon some of the ranch salad dressing on top and place top halves of buns over. Serve immediately.
Serves 4.
