Grilled Country Style Ribs with Savory Mustard Marinade Recipe Rating: N/A

Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp. crumbled dried savory
1 tbsp. water
2 pounds country style pork ribs

Directions
Prepare grill. Whisk together Dijon, vinegar, oil, savory, water, salt and pepper in a large baking dish. Add ribs and turn to coat. Cover and let ribs stand 15 minutes.

Place ribs on a oiled grill rack. Grill 5 to 6 inches from heat, about 10 minutes per side, until cooked through. Serve immediately.

Serves 2 to 4.
