Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 pound ground beef 1 tsp. Cajun seasoning 1 cup mayonnaise 3 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese 1/4 tsp. yellow mustard 4 toasted hamburger buns lettuce leaves sliced tomato sliced onion
Directions
Prepare grill. Shape ground beef into 4 patties, about 4 ounces each. Season patties on both sides with the Cajun seasoning. Lightly coat the grill rack with nonstick spray. Place the beef patties on the rack and grill about 3 to 4 minutes per side until cooked through. Meanwhile, stir together the mayonnaise, blue cheese and mustard in a small bowl. Place the grilled burgers on the bottom bun halves. Spoon the blue cheese mixture over the burgers. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, onion and the top bun half. Serve burgers immediately.
Serves 4.
